Go to the day of the week and meal where you would like to add a recipe. Click on the + sign next to the meal name (ex. Breakfast). Choose Add a single item. Type in the item you would like to add, for example, 1 apple. Click Analyze.
If the item is in our database, it will add the calories. If not, they can be entered manually. If you would like to enter SmartPoints as well, they must be entered manually.
